*We offer these services as veterinarians in general practice.  If we feel your pet’s medical problems extend beyond the scope of general practice, we might recommend a referral to a board-certified specialist to be sure your pet receives the best care available. 

Appointments

Our computerized appointment book helps us make appointments as quickly and efficiently as possible for you and your pet. Our client service team will attempt to accommodate your requests to the best of our ability. We accept appointment requests by phone and through the web via email or our PetDesk app.  Our doctors are also available when non-life-threatening urgent care is needed. If your pet needs to be seen before our next available appointment, our veterinarians will attempt to provide care for your pet between currently scheduled appointments.

Emergency & Urgent Care

If your pet needs emergency care, please call immediately. We will try our best to accommodate you, when possible. The seriousness of some emergencies along with our appointment availability may require referral for around the clock ICU care or monitoring at one of the local 24-hour emergency care facilities.

Emergencies can be things such as accidental ingestion of a poison, chocolate ingestion, serious wounds or, being hit by car. After hours care is available at local 24-hour emergency care facilities. If you feel you have an emergency, please call us immediately so that we can try to provide you with next steps.
